Things I'm currently working on, that I hope to have uploaded soon;
  • A review of the album Hold On Tight by Hey Monday.
  • Photography of the architecture around Washington DC (including monuments).
  • New textures that I've created for PS (photoshop).
  • Poetry that I've been musing on.
  • A letter to the editor / editorial on women gamers (we do exist!).
  • Old photography moved from my deviantart, including the Beach Collection (taken at Baldhead Isle, NC).
There are definitely things to look forward to, and I hope that y'all enjoy the contributions. The project that you might seen the soonest is a collection of photography from Washington DC, from when my family took a trip up there for Spring Break. I've already got the images on my computer, all I need to do is watermark them (if I'm going to bother), resize and upload. I don't generally edit my pictures, though some of them I know need some minor fixes having to do with the quality of the image and the sizing.

What I, personally, am most looking forward to is the writing. Women and gaming is a topic I could speak for ages on, and the rest is just attempts to try and become better at writing impartially, even if it's about something I feel strongly for (or against). An editorial is one thing, but I have a very difficult time writing reviews, especially when it comes to music. I can be less than kind.

Expect updates soon!

So basically, I haz a dreamwidth now, and I'm super happy about it. This looks like it's going to be a cool community and I can't wait until everything is all set up. I have an LJ that I use for more general things, under the same username as this account;; that's friends-only though. Yay, dreamwidth!

I'm going to use this for photography, musings, and hardcore essay type stuff. Things I write and do.
